Executive, Purchasing & Administration

Responsibilities:
- Responsible in maintaining fixed assets of the company.
- Prequalifying vendor prior appointment
- Monitor supplier performance record, maintain and update approve vendor list.
- Provide/prepare reports on purchase/inventory/rejection for the division
- Ensure uninterrupted supply of material and services business operation
Requirements:

- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Job role in Purchasing or Others.

- Have good integrity and strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Meticulous, trustworthy and responsible with interest and capability in handling multi-functional/routine tasks;
- Computer literate, knowledge in MS Office & Internet savvy
